We ship orders worldwide.
Order processing time is typically 2-14 business days, unless otherwise noted. Sometimes, if you order a custom piece of jewelry with a special stone (which we will need to source) or a special alloy (which we will need to cast), production may take longer.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and can range from 5-14 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal operators, or other circumstances beyond our control.
